The Minister of Justice during a meeting with journalists drew attention to the moment that BTI for a given period of time represent nothing more than a banal relic of the past with which it is necessary to immediately part. It should also be noted that the indicative moment that our country was inherently the only country throughout Europe in which national registration of land and property was not implemented. Therefore, the practical methods in which the protection of private property could be protected and carried out was simply not. The investment attractiveness of the whole country in the context of this issue of the issue has largely deteriorated. There were and quite widely lobbying their interests and those who did not want this kind of state -owned type of accounting to appear in the country. Nevertheless, in the end, the government of the country still managed to implement innovations.
Attention should be immediately focused: the implementation of the program started in January of the month and any return to the subsequent past will not be. Even if there are certain disputed issues, they can be solved.
BTI in the context of this issue is a banal relic of the past that has gone with the USSR. It was present in those days when private property was not observed at all. Now the situation has changed dramatically. BTI will undoubtedly continue its existence, but with significantly limited functional responsibilities. As before, it will be possible to order a technical inventory of the apartment, but the monopoly that was present in the real estate market before, will no longer be. This is a rather positive fact for the country, which can be appreciated only after a certain period of time.
