People’s chosen ones in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decided not to support the draft law “On the introduction of a moratorium on the sale of housing on a compulsory basis (in accordance with Article 1043)”, this bill was sent for subsequent refinement to parliamentary committees.
The corresponding bill received support only from 147 deputies, while the minimum amount necessary for the adoption of the Law of Deputies is 226.
The new bill actually provides that for the entire period, during which the financial crisis in the country will be observed, while not earlier than the first of January 2015, until the actual moment of repayment of debt obligations to pay wages, cash payments to the population and scholarships, the process of introducing the moratorium on the sale of residential real estate in a forced nature.
Immediately, attention should be paid to the fact that the concept of forced sale of residential real estate means the actual process for the alienation of real estate objects, which is used for this period of time as a place of residence of people. The restriction is imposed on all facts of alienation, including those whose implementation is carried out due to appeals for the appropriate decision of the ship’s authorities.
The explanatory note draws attention to the fact that in June 2012, the total indicator of debt obligations from the population amounted to more than 11.3 billion hryvnias. In addition, the people’s deputies did not support the introduction of a moratorium on the forced sale of property of owners for utilities for utilities.
