In ancient times, it was believed that the strength of a person is concluded in the hair. In the modern world, everything is completely like this, but the condition of the hair speaks of human health and attractiveness.
Therefore, we try to care for them by all means.
The most important means for hair care is shampoo. When choosing it, you need to be guided by the condition and type of own hair. Information about which type of hair is suitable for a specific shampoo is located on the label. But there are so -called shampoos “for all types of hair” that are not suitable for every person.
It is customary to distinguish 4 types of hair:
– normal: the rarest of all types, since these hair have a natural shine, do not break and do not split, shampoos that preserve natural lubrication of hair are suitable for this type;
– fat: such hair is quickly polluted, have a smell, the scalp is prone to dandruff, shampoos for this type of hair should have high cleansing properties, which should include components that can normalize fat metabolism and have antibacterial properties;
– Dry: hair is split, difficult to comb, hard to the touch and is poorly lined, shampoo for this type should contain various vitamins, bioaddresses and have a soft consistency;
– combined: dry tips and oily roots are inherent in this hair type, shampoo for this type should contain soft detergents that can degrease and moisturize the scalp, as well as components in the form of a nettle additive, egg yolks and various extracts of seaweed.
Of course, over time, the type of hair can change. This may affect pregnancy, childbirth, stress, nutrition. When choosing a shampoo, it is necessary to pay attention not only to its variety, but also to the composition of this tool. The basis of all shampoos are sulfates, the best of which is the Lauryl Sulfate and Thera Lauret Sulfate; Their cheapest sulfates, and, accordingly, less high -quality – ammonium Lauril and sulfate laureet. In products that are used for oily hair, the concentration of sulfates is greater than for other types of hair, sometimes manufacturers adds several different sulfates to one product. A small concentration of soft sulfates is added to the dry shampoos for dry hair. Various additives are added to modern shampoos, often these are components of air conditioners, the so -called shampoos “2 in 1”.
It is much better to use shampoo and air conditioning separately, this will bring more benefits for your hair, these funds should be one company, since the products of different companies may contain components that react with each other.
This can lead to a bad result. The air conditioning components can be natural, for example, lanolin – this substance is contained in oral fat and helps to improve hair structure. Most often it is used in the production of shampoos for dry hair. Elastin, collagen, keratin also belong to natural substances. These substances molecules give the hair volume by filling the texture of the damaged hair with themselves. These additives are found in tools for weakened, damaged hair. In addition to additives, shampoos often include trace elements and vitamins. The ultraviolet filters that make up shampoos well protect from the effects of sunlight, they are designated as SPF.
In addition to the above components, there can be preservatives, dyes (CL 60730 or CL 15510), acids, polymers, flavors and preservatives (Ethanol), glycerin, propylene glycol, castor oils, lactic and citric acid.
I also exist the so -called “therapeutic shampoos”. This is a kind of hair medicine. Typically, such shampoos are prescribed by a doctor and prescribes a certain course on the use of this tool. After choosing any of the shampoos, test it. If, after its use, the scalp becomes clean, the hair is combed well, become obedient, then you made the right choice.
