mechanical characteristics of the leaf and the door system as a whole;
thermal engineering and soundproofing properties of the gate – the reduced resistance to heat transfer and the coefficient (class) of insulation from airborne noise;
reliability class of the drive and the door system (number of leaf opening/closing cycles);
the level of safety of the owner during operation (protection against squeezing, pinching, lifting);
class of resistance to burglary penetration, for which automatic gates are certified;
comfort control and management of the gate system, which can be carried out in manual mode, remotely from the remote control or remotely via a LAN network via the Internet or cellular communication channels from a PC, laptop, Internet tablet, mobile terminal.
To a large extent on the pricing policy of the manufacturer (trading company, profile collector/installer structure), and therefore the final consumer value is affected by the current market conditions, in particular, consumer demand for the gate system, which is formed by marketing tools of the trade structures, and de facto convenience operation of a particular gate design. In general, for this reason, today it is possible to buy sliding gates at a relatively low price, although in fact the cost and manufacture of the panel leaf, the cost and integration of the drive and automation into the gate system with a sliding / sliding leaf / sheets should determine a fairly high cost, and hence consumer price.
At the same time, roller shutter systems that are popular in the field of retail or sectional doors with different types of opening that are in demand in Russia are on the rise in the consumer markets of the country are sold at clearly inflated prices, higher in megacities and large Russian cities, lower – on the periphery, and it is precisely the lowest the threshold of the price corridor of the national market is closest to the real price for door systems of this type of door leaf execution and this type of opening. The most popular and, accordingly, are still quite rare in Russia, but spectacular externally and functionality lifting sectional gates with a vertical or horizontal package of sections in the open state.
